Fully equipped and accredited to ISO9001/2015, with fast turnaround and minimal downtime, we provide our customers a one stop shop for rewinds and repairs for Hazardous Areas (ATEX), AC / DC motors, generators and transformers.

Experienced armature winders and electrical fitters

We employ an experienced team of time-served armature winders and electrical fitters. We offer electric motor rewinding and repairs from AC to DC industrial motors, and all repairs are carried out in our purpose-built workshops with the latest equipment available.

ATEX – Hazardous Areas

All repairs are carried out to the highest standards utilising automated winding machines, burn off ovens and the highest-quality materials, ensuring reduced repair times and customer downtime.

Initially, motors are given a full static electrical test using Baker Surge Tester, before commencing any works.

A full mechanical and dimensional inspection is conducted to determine that correct tolerances are maintained.

All motors repaired are fully tested on our in-house testing rig before being returned to site. Test certificates can be issued for your records.

All repairs carry a 12-month warranty
